At Iron Mountain, we’re committed to fostering a safe and secure environment built on inclusion, collaboration, and employee wellbeing. This recognition highlights the value we place on disability inclusion for our employees and customers.

Jen Grimaudo, Head of Global Sustainability said: “A top score on the Disability Index® isn't just external validation that our processes and policies are best practice; it's a powerful affirmation that our commitment to excellence enhances our culture and enriches our work environment, laying a stronger foundation for continued progress.”

“Special congratulations to the two groups whose fantastic work and program management were critical in us achieving a top score,” Grimaudo continued. “First, to the Global Benefits team in our Human Resources function, whose oversight of our employee assistance program, health benefits, and leave programs plays a crucial role in empowering our employees to thrive, whether they are navigating life with a disability or supporting a family member who is disabled.”

“Second, to our Capable Employee Resource Group, who provide Mountaineers with education and awareness about disabilities while helping us foster a more inclusive community and culture.”

Mary Bucciarelli, Chair of the Capable Employee Resource Group, added: "I often think of inclusion as a shared mountain we’re climbing. One where each person’s path may look different, but all are valid and valued. This recognition reminds us why we started the journey: to create a culture where people of all abilities can find their way, remember their why, and reach new heights together.”
